AG Barr named in Women in Work Gender Equity Measure Top 100

Food and Beverage Services company AG Barr has been named in the 2026 Women in Work Gender Equity Measure (GEM) Top 100 again, a list of UK companies leading the way on gender equity.

The WiW100 tracks 400 of the UK’s largest companies against key measures of workplace equity, including board representation, pay gap metrics, and transparent parental policies. 

Being included for a second year running reflects the strong foundations we’ve built and the progress we’re making, but achieving gender equity is an ongoing journey that demands our continuous evaluation, action and effort.
