Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT) is seeking an Operations Assistant.

Leisure Solutions Community Trust encourages active, healthy lifestyles across the local community. Providing affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities in a safe, clean, friendly and welcoming space, their goal is to support healthier and happier lives for everyone. Delivering these services relies on an enthusiastic, customer-focused team, and they're now looking for an Operations Assistant to join their team and help make a positive difference every day.

As an Operations Assistant in our Sport England team, you'll help ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of Beacon Sports Centre. From supporting customers and maintaining facilities to carrying out operational checks, your work will play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who uses the centre.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll support leisure, hotel and event operations while helping to maintain high standards across the site. Whether you're welcoming customers, carrying out safety checks or ensuring facilities are clean, safe and ready for use, your work has purpose and helps create a positive impact on the local community.
